Joint Venture Equity

Sherwood entered into a joint venture with Bhatia Development on a residential condominium project in Flatiron. The partnership ultimately sold the development site after creating value through demolition of the prior building and creating a shovel ready site with landmark and DOB approved plans for a 15-story building with a full suite of amenities.
