Sherwood is participating in the acquisition and conversion of a 2007 low-rise rental community to a condominium. The asset also includes a lucrative 50 slip marina. Built originally as a condominium, the original developers pivoted during the financial crisis to rental. Given current demand for waterfront living in South Florida, sponsorship is converting back to a for-sale model.
