Mezzanine Acquisition Financing

Sherwood participated in the acquisition loan to acquire a full city block adjacent to the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The block currently is improved by three vacant office buildings. The business plan includes converting part of the existing buildings to residential and building three new structures.
