Mezzanine Construction Financing

Sherwood participated in the mezzanine construction loan on a large scale Gowanus multifamily project. Sherwood had been the sole mezzanine land lender for the acquisition and predevelopment for the prior owner. The project secured permanent financing and is now complete.
