Mezzanine Construction Loan

Sherwood is participating in the mezzanine tranche of a construction loan for a 50-unit, 421a rental project in prime Williamsburg. While the development is a ground up construction, the developers have chosen to preserve elements of the prior exterior façade for aesthetic reasons.
