Mezzanine Land Loan

Sherwood provided a B Note on a residential condo development site in Wynwood, Miami. The 12 story, 360,000 SF project will include nearly 250 residential units and some commercial space. Sherwood has upsized the loan during the initial term to allow for additional pre-development work.
