In 2008, Sherwood and Bhatia Development entered into a joint venture to purchase a 100,000 square foot building to reposition as a dormitory. After a thorough renovation and upgrade, we signed a long-term lease with the The New School for a 640-bed dormitory, now known as Stuyvesant Park Residence.
