Sherwood purchased this 27-story, 311,000 square foot midtown office building in 2008. Over the following eight years, we brought the building to 98% occupancy and created multiple pre-built spaces (at the time in low supply in the submarket). In 2015, Sherwood harvested its investment in a sale to a Japanese real estate firm.
