Built initially as a 4,000 square foot, double-height sales office, 508 West 20^th Street now houses a showroom for Bisazza, the leading producer of Italian glass mosaics with an 1,800 square foot rooftop terrace adjoining The High Line. Sherwood purchased the site during the economic downturn and later sold its air rights for more than the acquisition price.
