509 West 34th Street

In the late 1980s, Sherwood was one of the first investors in what is now Hudson Yards. We assembled 30,000 square feet of land on the southwest corner of 34th Street and 10th Avenue, known at the time as the Convention Center District. In 2014, we sold the site to Tishman Speyer who are now using the site to develop The Spiral—a 2.8m square foot office tower designed by Bjork Ingalls.
