The Saratoga – 330 East 75th Street

The Saratoga was a pivotal and transformative project for Sherwood. We completed the 40-story, 200-unit condominium residence in 1985, at the peak of the ’80s market boom. The development was achieved through a complex assemblage of multiple parcels and air rights. All residential units sold in less than nine months.
