Two Times Square

An internationally recognizable symbol of New York, 2 Times Square is one of the most iconic buildings in the world and anchors the north end of the square. Sherwood acquired this site in 1985, in the early stages of Times Square’s massive redevelopment. The building’s historic signage includes the legendary Coca-Cola sign. It also houses the flagship Renaissance Hotel alongside mainstay retail tenants such as Olive Garden, Lids, and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream.
