130 Barrow Street

First constructed as a garage in 1931, Sherwood converted 130 Barrow Street to a six-story luxury condominium in 1983. The completed residence, featuring studio apartments and two-story duplexes, received numerous design awards including The Builder’s Choice Award for Best Mixed-Use Development and a Certificate of Distinction from American Architecture.
