440 9th Avenue

In 2008, Sherwood purchased 440 Ninth Avenue in a joint partnership with Paramount Group. The 18-story, 400,000 square foot building is advantageously located at the intersection of three major developments: Hudson Yards, Manhattan West, and Moynihan Station/Penn Station Renovation. The Partnership sold the building to a Japanese real estate firm in 2013.
