In the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, Sherwood acquired a block front development site along The High Line in Chelsea, which at the time housed a single-story parking garage. Sherwood hired architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox to design a 32-unit luxury condominium, complemented by a retail space now leased to notable art galleries. The project sold out in ten months.
