The Coronado – 155 West 70th Street

Sherwood developed The Coronado, a distinctive 122-unit luxury condominium on the Upper West Side, in 1991. The building features an elegant canopy entrance flanked by cast stone gargoyles. A 12,000 square foot amenity floor far exceeded anything on the market at the time and included New York’s first professionally designed children’s playroom. Sherwood continues to own and operate the retail component which includes Roche Bobois.
